Thank you for shopping with Rural95. Shipping is offered for all 50 States with the US. 

*Due to Covid-19, estimated Delivery Times have been affected. Shipping may temporarily require more time to be delivered. Please visit USPS or UPS for more information. 

SHIPPING TIMES

 We do our best to ship all orders within 24 business hours, but it can vary based on order volume. Please allow up to 72 business hours for all orders to ship (Business Days are Mon-Friday). Shipping Day 1 starts the business day after order is placed. Example: If you order on Monday 1business day is Tuesday, 2 business days is Wednesday and 3 business days would be Thursday. If you order over the weekend (Sat/Sunday) the 1st business day is considered Monday.

**Current shipping times for Graphic Tee's are 5 business days**

 

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

Once your order has been successfully packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The email provided includes all of the information needed in order to track your package. You will then be able to locate your package after it has left Rural95. If you are having difficulties tracking your package, feel free to reach us at contactinfo@rural95boutique.com. Remember to provide your order number in the email for faster tracking. 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
